This award honours the elementary or secondary school team whose commitment to improvement in learning is proven by greater students results each year. The award is presented to the school whose overall academic rating, as reported by the relevant Fraser Institute Report Card, showed the fastest improvement among those schools that experienced year over year improvement in each of the school years 2000-2001 and 2003-2004.
